Editorial policy
How we write what you read.
Plain statements about who we are, how we source, and what our guides are not.
Who publishes these guides
Crypto Claim Advisors publishes every guide. The guides are AI-assisted educational content compiled from linked official sources. No named qualified human review is claimed, and we do not present any individual as an expert author.
How guides are made
Each guide starts from official sources such as regulators, police, and identity-service providers. Every source is linked on the page together with a note on what it supports, so you can check the original yourself. Practical evidence-organisation suggestions are our educational synthesis, not quotations or official instructions.
Commercial interest
The publisher has a commercial interest in claim reviews. Guides are written to inform, but you should weigh that interest when reading them.
References are not endorsements
Linking to an official or third-party source does not mean that source endorses us, or that we endorse it. We do not control external pages.
Images
Illustrations are AI-generated for atmosphere. They are not case evidence, not photographs of real events and not depictions of real people.
Corrections and updates
Corrections are made through updated guides. Published and updated dates change only when the content changes, never to make a page look fresh.
Education, not advice
Nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice. Recovery is not guaranteed, and reading a guide does not create an engagement with us.
Languages and countries
Guides are in English and cover New Zealand, Australia, Canada and Sweden. We do not offer Swedish translations.
