Confidential help after a crypto loss
Lost crypto? Get a calm, honest first read.
Tell us what happened. A person reviews it and explains your options, with no pressure and no promises we cannot keep.
- Private form
- About five minutes
- No obligation
Recovery is not guaranteed. We will never ask for seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or wallet access.
First, three things to do
Slow down. Urgency is part of the trap.
Protect what is left
Move remaining funds to a fresh wallet you control. Change passwords from a clean device.
Ignore anyone who writes first
Offers to recover funds for an upfront fee are a common second wave of fraud.
Keep every record
Save chats, emails, screenshots, transaction hashes and wallet addresses.
How it works
Four steps. None of them rushed.
- 1
Tell us what happened
A short private form, in your own words. Never any credentials.
- 2
We read it, as a person
A person reviews the type of loss, the assets, and the evidence.
- 3
You get an honest read
If we can help, we explain how. If we cannot, we say so plainly.
- 4
You decide the pace
No timers, no pressure. Take your time and bring someone you trust.
Situations we can review
Whatever happened, start by naming it.
Investment platforms
A platform stopped honouring withdrawals, or an investment turned out not to be what it was described as.
Exchange problems
Funds frozen, an account closed without explanation, or an exchange that became insolvent.
Wallet incidents
Assets moved without your authorisation, or a transaction sent to the wrong destination.
Impersonation and scams
Someone posed as support, a recruiter, a romantic interest, or a known project to move your funds.
Something harder to name
If it does not fit a category, that is fine. Describe it and we will help you place it.
Our promises
Our limits are part of the service.
- We will not ask for your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, or remote access to any wallet or device.
- We will not promise or imply a recovery outcome. Recovery is not guaranteed.
- We will not pressure you with deadlines or invented scarcity.
- We will not contact you through social media or messaging apps unprompted.
Questions
Asked, and answered straight.
Can you guarantee I will get my money back?
No. Nobody honest can. Outcomes depend on the facts, the jurisdictions involved, the traceability of funds, and the cooperation of third parties. We will tell you what looks realistic and what does not.
What should I never send you?
Seed phrases, private keys, passwords, two-factor codes, or any form of remote access to a wallet or device. We will never ask for these. Anyone who does is not acting in your interest.
What should I gather before I write?
Transaction hashes, wallet addresses you used, screenshots of conversations, platform names and URLs, dates, and any receipts. Rough notes are enough to begin.
Does submitting the form commit me to anything?
No. It is an intake only. It does not create an engagement, a fee, or an obligation on either side.
Should I report this to authorities?
Often, yes. Reporting to your local police and the relevant consumer or financial regulator can matter, and a written report is useful evidence. We can help you think through where.
Is my information kept private?
The form is sent over an encrypted connection and used to review your enquiry. Read the privacy notice for what is collected and why.
